The TisR Rotation is the first in a series of light pieces/luminescent pieces/pieces of light, through which Tis Ernst pays tribute to her companion, creator Raimond Puts (1937-2012). With this work, the artist puts her own twist on the stainless-steel strips and LEDs from the Raimond. With circling strands, which are connected to Raimond’s LEDs in double helices, a life-size chandelier was made: a grand, sculptural object with countless allusions to the essence of life, love and light.
